Hello and Welcome

As a member of the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy I have completed a BACP Accredited Diploma in Counselling from the Gestalt Centre in London.

As a qualified and experienced therapist I offer a safe and confidential space to talk through confusing and difficult issues, e.g.
  • abuse: emotional, physical, sexual
  • addictions
  • trauma - recent and long standing
  • bereavement including the death of a child or sibling
  • anxiety & panic attacks
  • self-harm
  • divorce and separation
  • loss: business, work, relationships

Finding the right therapist to work with is important so I suggest that we have an initial consultation to give us a chance to meet and decide whether we are able to work regularly in counselling. I mostly see clients in a safe, comfortable space overlooking a garden in Cambridge, CB4.

I have a strong commitment to ongoing personal development in order to expand and deepen my skills.
