My aim is to create a safe space for you and part of that will involve helping you to find ways of containing your anxiety and other potentially overwhelming emotions.
Knowing you need to talk about relationships and events which are difficult and confusing is one thing. Beginning to talk about them can be anxiety provoking so firstly I will help you with ways to manage this.
